LLP Firm


  • Self-certified copy of the partner’s PAN Card & Aadhaar card (Indian partner)
  • Self-certified copy of the partner’s passport & ID proof (Foreign partners)
  • Cancelled cheque of the pre-printed name of the entity of the current account/saving account of the LLP firm
  • Address proof of the applicant:
    a. Sales deed in case the business premises is self-owned

    Or

    Lease/rental agreement if the office is leased/rented

    Latest landline/electricity/ /mobile bill in the applicant entity’s name
    b. Copy of the PAN card of the LLP firm certified by the partners
    c. Any statutory document substantiating any other change sought in IEC
