When a client makes payment of fees to MyEfilings, the fees is credited to client account till the time the service is being provided. During client engagement, MyEfilings earns its fees depending upon completion of different milestones e.g. purchasing Digital Signature Certificate, obtaining DIN, Filing of Different forms etc. We do not provide refund on earned fees as Government Fees, Taxes, expenses paid to third parties, man hours spent on providing the services etc. are non refundable in nature. MyEfilings shall not be liable to refund beyond the fees paid by the client under any circumstances. MyEfilings shall refund 100% of unearned fees.
How to make Refund Request
Client can initiate Refund request by sending a mail to email@example.com. All refund requests must be made within 60 days of date of purchase. Your refund request will be processed within 30 days of receiving the information required for processing the refund.
Change of Service
You can always change the services you ordered to a different service within 30 days of purchase. We shall credit purchase price of original service reduced any expenses paid to Government, Taxes, filing fees, third parties and earned fees of MyEfilings. You can use the balance credit lying in your account against any other service offered by MyEfilings.
MyEfilings’ follows standard pricing policy. We do not request additional fees from our clients. However, this Standard Pricing policy do not apply in case the Service Fees is increased due to increase in Government Fees or fees paid by the client for completion of legal documentation or refilling fees paid to Government due to rejection of application or resubmission.
Factors Outside our Control
Though we take a lot of precautions before filing forms, application etc. with the Government and other departments, we cannot guarantee of the outcome or result of a particular procedure. For instance, the MCA may reject a name application for reasons beyond the scope of MyEfilings’ scope of service. In some cases, the approvals from Government department (e.g. Income Tax website, MCA website etc.) may take long days to complete your process. Problems like these are beyond control of MyEfilings and are not eligible for refund.
MyEfilings shall not be considered in liable for deficiency of services or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
MyEfilings incurs cost by way of dedicating time, manpower, technology and effort to provide you services. In case you decide to hold the processing of service, we will hold the fees paid by you until you instruct us to commence the service.
MyEfilings reserves rights to make best efforts to complete the service before processing any refund. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, we will charge our earned fees + Government Fees + Expenses paid to Third Parties + 20% cancellation fees. In case of change of service, cancellation fees will not be applicable.
